All fees are quoted in the currency specified in the proposal and are non-refundable once work has commenced, except as otherwise provided in these Terms. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension of work or termination of the project.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Our Property: All content, logos, visual designs, trademarks, and pre-existing materials on this Website and used in our processes are the exclusive property of the Company. You may not use any of this property without Our express written permission.
  • Client Property: Any pre-existing materials provided by You for use in a project (such as your company logo, text, or images) will remain Your property. You warrant that you have the necessary rights and permissions to provide this material to us for use in the project.
  • Ownership of Deliverables: Upon receipt of full and final payment from You, the ownership and intellectual property rights for the final Deliverables created for your project will be transferred to You.
  • Portfolio Rights: The Company retains the right to display and showcase the work completed for You in our portfolio, case studies, social media, and other marketing materials for promotional purposes.

6. Client Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth project workflow, You agree to:

  • Provide all necessary information, content (e.g., text, images), and materials required for the project in a timely manner.
  • Provide timely feedback and approvals at each stage of the project as requested.
  • Communicate clearly and promptly regarding any questions or concerns.

Delays in fulfilling these responsibilities may result in adjustments to the project timeline and, in some cases, additional costs.

7. User Feedback and Suggestions

If You provide Us with any feedback, ideas, or suggestions regarding the Service ("Feedback"), You grant the Company the full right to use and implement such Feedback for any purpose, including for improving our Service, without any credit, compensation, or obligation to You.

8. Promotions, Contests and Sweepstakes

If a project is terminated by You before completion, you will be liable for payment for all work completed up to the date of termination. Any deposits paid will be non-refundable.

Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of or in any way related to the use of our Services.

Notwithstanding any damages that You might incur, the entire liability of the Company under any provision of these Terms and Your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

12. "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer

The Service (specifically the Website) is provided to You "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind.
